The bodies of Randy and Denise are found in the room with their crying baby; no one would have predicted the violence that followed. Rival outlaw motorcycle clubs are vying for control of the drug and prostitution trade in 1979 Calgary. They will stop at nothing to come out on top.
Detective Marc Parson, the Calgary Police Service one-man gang unit isn’t going to be able to stop them on his own. Enlisting the help of Sergeant Brad Coulter, team leader of the Tactical Support Unit, they work under the radar gathering information on the outlaw clubs, unaware that the clubs are gathering information on them. As the war escalates, bikers, civilians, politicians and cops fall victim to the bloody war. It becomes clear that the cops can’t protect themselves, let alone the public. The control of a city is at stake. Whoever is willing to sacrifice the most will win.
